First, make sure you are using Google Chrome or Safari browsers to use Bora connect. These browsers are compatible with Bora connect and protect you from general display defects.
If, although using one of these browsers, you notice display defects, we invite you to contact our customer service at 0800 910 073 or at support@biosency.com. Please take a screenshot of the problem so that we can have as much information as possible to correct the problem.
