In order for the skin temperature to appear on the graphs and reports, you must have it selected in the advanced settings.

To do this, in Bora connect, click on a patient’s file to display his data. Then click on the “advanced settings” wheel and select the measurements you want to display.

If, despite this, the temperature does not appear, we advise you to refresh your page and then repeat your request to extract the report.

As a last resort, we also recommend that you clear your browser’s cache. Here’s how to do it:

Be careful, this has the effect of disconnecting you from the Bora connect platform, you will have to authenticate yourself again once the cache is emptied.
