It happens that data are not displayed regularly on Bora connect. This can be explained by various reasons:

  • Bora band is not turned on and therefore has not taken any action. It is important to check regularly that it is on, by pressing briefly on the push button (a continuous green light indicates a working bracelet).
  • The measurements of the Bora band are always stored on the wristband and are not transmitted to Bora Connect. Make sure that the patient connects at least once a day to Bora connect so that the data transmission is done (blue flashing of Bora band).
  • The measurements failed due to poor conditions. This may be due to movement during the measurement, incorrect wearing of the bracelet or a skin temperature that is too low.
