Two steps will allow the patient not to be disturbed by the Bora band flashing at night:
1. Before going to bed, invite the patient to check the battery percentage of the Bora band from the Bora connect application. If it is less than 20%, it is advisable to charge it for at least 30 minutes, this will prevent the patient from being disturbed by an orange flashing light (low battery).
2. In order to avoid a blue flashing (transmission of data from Bora band to the application), the patient can, before going to bed, deactivate the Bluetooth of his smartphone. This will not prevent measurements from being taken, but only the transmission of data to the application during the night. The next day, you will have to remember to reactivate the Bluetooth so that the data transmission is done.
