In the absence of data other than activity or temperature, we invite you to perform the following checks:
- Check that the textile bracelet is tightened in an adequate way on the wrist (adjusted, pressed against the skin so that it moves integrally with Bora band)
- Check that the textile bracelet does not hide the sensors present under the Bora band (part which is attached to the forearm). Indeed, it is possible that the textile bracelet has been inadvertently repositioned to hide the sensors. If this is the case, remember to remove and reposition the textile bracelet, following the steps described in the user manual(https://doc.bora-connect.com/manual)
- Check the cleanliness of the glass that sticks to the forearm and clean it if necessary. Self-tanning creams, oils or dirt that may alter or prevent the taking of measurements
