This can happen if the Bora connect application is not connected to the Bora band, or if you are in motion (in this case the temperature should at least be displayed).

Make sure that the Bora connect application indicates the message “Bora band connected”. Otherwise, please click on “Connect my Bora band”.

We also invite you to check that the Bluetooth connection, the wifi/mobile network and the geolocation are activated on the smartphone.
